Kim Noyes

Physical therapist and owner of Special K Fitness

Kim has a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from University of New Mexico. She has been a physical therapist for 24 years and in the physical therapy field for 34 years. Kim grew up in the Farmington area.

She has worked at the hospital, home health, nursing home, skilled nursing facility and outpatient facility. Kim has taught at San Juan College in the PTA program and currently serves on the board. She is a 2005 graduate of leadership San Juan. Kim is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, the New Mexico chapter and is currently serving on the New Mexico board. Kim enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and camping in the great outdoors with her life partner of 35 years.

Cyndi Frank

Physical therapist and Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist

Cyndi has a Master’s of Science in physical therapy from University of New Mexico. She has been a PT for 8 years and in the physical therapy field for 15 years. Cyndi is Dine’ and from Shiprock, NM.

Cyndi has experience working in the outpatient setting as an owner and in the Indian Health Service clinic. Cyndi also has experience working in home health, and skilled nursing facilities. Cyndi is happily married and has two beautiful children. Cyndi enjoys doing activities with her family on their home on the Navajo reservation.

Jeanette Jaquez

Jeanette Jaquez

Jeanette received her physical therapy assistant’s license in 2004. She is certified in Kinesio taping and is a certified clinical instructor. Jeanette became interested in physical therapy when her father was in Rehab hospital for a brain injury.

Jeanette loves her job and her patients and feels like they are family. Jeanette and her husband have two children one in college and one still active in high school rodeo.

Joan Manchester

Joan graduated from San Juan College physical therapist assistant program in 2008.

She has past experience as a massage therapist and felt people were not recovering from their injuries because they remained weak, this ultimately led her to her career in physical therapy. Joan is trained in Strain/Counter strain, Kinesio taping, and is a certified clinical instructor.

Joan has been married for 28 years, and enjoys fishing, four wheeling and exploring the local areas with her husband. They have a son in New Mexico Tech studying mechanical engineering.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Mac graduated from San Juan College physical therapist assistant program in 2015.

He was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States at the age of ten. He lived in Barrow, Alaska for a year and later moved to Farmington. Mac’s interest for physical therapy began when one of his friends experienced a shoulder injury.

He graduated from Piedra Vista High School in 2011 and has remained close to his culture and continues to speak his native language Tagalog. Mac enjoys spending time with family and friends, working, sports, art, and movies.

Dillon Bibo

Dillon Bibo

Dillon Bibo is a certified personal trainer through International Sports and Science Association (ISSA). He is very passionate about physical fitness and is currently competing in powerlifting. He is also a Piedra Vista High School alumni and he is still actively involved with the PV baseball team. Dillon was born and raised in Farmington New Mexico. He graduated from Piedra Vista High School in 2011. While attending PV his baseball team won 2 consecutive baseball state championships. In 2011 he also was awarded Player of the year. After high school Dillon attended New Mexico Junior College where he received a scholarship to play outfield. During his time at NMJC he was awarded all conference player for outfield and he made the all-academic team. In the future he is aiming to become a Nutritionist to be able to give his clients health advice along with helping them with their fitness goals. Dillon is very excited to help people reach their goals and is excited to be a part of the Special K team.
